fundcloud.com provides an aggregator and analyzing platform designed to assist users in data analysis and decision-making.

2.2

The services are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute financial, investment, legal, or tax advice.

3.1

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations.

3.2

You are responsible for your use of the services and any consequences thereof, including financial decisions made based on information obtained from the services.

3.3 Prohibited Uses

• Use the services for any illegal or fraudulent activity.
• Interfere with, disrupt, or negatively affect other users' enjoyment of the services.
• Use automated means to access the services without our express written permission.
• Introduce malware, viruses, or other harmful material to the services.
• Reverse engineer any aspect of the services.

4.1

To access our services, you must register an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

4.2

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4.3

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if any information provided during registration is found to be inaccurate, not current, or incomplete, or if you violate any terms of this Agreement.

6.1

The services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

6.2

We do not warrant that the services will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

9.1

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

9.2

Any dispute arising out of or related to this Agreement shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC) rules.

10.1

Algo724 Limited reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these terms at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

10.2

By continuing to access or use our services after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.

Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Algo724 Limited regarding our services and supersedes any prior agreements.

Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

No Waiver

No waiver of any term of this Agreement shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term.

Assignment

You may not assign this Agreement without our prior written consent. We may assign or transfer this Agreement without restriction.

Headings

Section headings are for convenience only and have no legal or contractual effect.
